Returns, Exchange & Bulk Orders

In case of requests for order cancellations, we regret to inform you that we do not accept cancellations for any reason as all orders are made to order. All orders are accepted immediately upon placement, and as such, we cannot accommodate cancellation requests once an order has been placed and accepted. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

We do not provide returns/refund on any goods sold. We are not liable for any damages caused to the product during transit.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are dispatched in 10-15 business days. Please ensure you complete your address details correctly when placing your order. If you fail to take delivery of the goods, we may at our discretion charge you for the additional shipping cost.
